Service Area & Minimums
Minimum service totals are not extra fees — they only apply when a fixed-price service is below the minimum for your location. If your service is above the minimum, you pay the listed price plus any applicable distance, after-hours, or emergency fees. Quote-based services are reviewed manually before pricing is confirmed.
Deposits & Payment
Deposits secure your appointment and are applied toward your final balance. Diagnostic fees are due at booking. For repairs requiring parts, parts must be paid before ordering. The remaining labor balance is due upon completion. No in-house monthly payment plans are offered for regular mobile mechanic services; payment requirements are confirmed before scheduling or parts ordering. Financing may be available only for qualifying diesel repairs where labor exceeds $799.
Deposits may become non-refundable for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or once parts have been ordered. Approved reschedules may transfer the deposit to the new appointment. Customer-supplied parts may be accepted at our discretion; a labor deposit still applies and the parts warranty does not cover them.
