01 What we collect

When you request a quote, book service, or contact us through this website, we collect only what we need to respond and perform the work you asked for:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your vehicle details (year, make, model, and — optionally — engine, VIN, and mileage)
• The service location you provide (address, city, ZIP)
• Anything you write in the notes or message fields

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial information through this website.

02 How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare your estimate or quote, schedule and perform service, and follow up about the work. That's it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not send marketing emails unless you specifically ask us to keep you updated.

03 How form submissions are delivered

Forms on this site are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service. Your submission passes through Formspree's servers to reach our inbox and is handled under their privacy policy as well as ours.

04 Cookies, storage & analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

Your browser's local storage is used for one thing only: remembering appointment time slots already requested from your device, so the booking calendar can show accurate availability. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

05 Third-party services on this site

• Google Fonts — page fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when the fonts load.
• Unsplash — some site images are loaded from Unsplash's image servers.
• Google Maps address autocomplete — if enabled, the address fields on our forms may suggest addresses using Google's Places service; what you type in those fields is sent to Google to generate suggestions.
• Calendar links — if you choose "Add to Google Calendar / Outlook" after booking, your appointment details are passed to that calendar provider by your own browser.

06 How long we keep it

Service requests and quotes are kept as normal business records — so we can honor estimates, reference past work on your vehicle, and meet bookkeeping obligations. If you want your information deleted, contact us and we'll remove it unless we're required to keep it.

07 Your choices

• You can request a copy of the information we have about you.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

08 Children

This website is for booking vehicle repair services and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
