UV exposure oxidizes polycarbonate headlight lenses, cutting light output dramatically and aging the whole front of the car. Restoration sands away the oxidation and reseals the lens.
The process involves multi-stage wet sanding, machine polishing, and a UV-resistant sealant on both headlight assemblies.
